  • Cycle route between the rivers (39 km)
    Ingen, Kesteren, Ochten, Eck and Wiel
    A cycling route for lovers of the 'flat land'. It does not mean, however, that there are no height differences: there are of course many dikes in the vicinity of so much water. You drive past orchards, old farms and through historic villages. The cycle route is especially beautiful during the blossom period from early April to mid-May, but there is also a lot of natural beauty to admire in other seasons.

  • Bicycle route Amsterdam Rhine Canal (37 km)
    Amerongen, Eck and Wiel, Ommeren, Rijswijk
    Today you cycle not only in the municipality of Buren, but also to a large extent north of the Lower Rhine. The oldest mention of Eck dates from 953, Wiel only from 1349. During the route you will also pass the Lingemeer, created by sand extraction. The surrounding area is being developed into a Lingedael estate where nature, recreation and living go hand in hand. You will undoubtedly encounter ships in the part in which you cycle along the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. The canal is the busiest canal in the world.

  • Bicycle route (route 530870 from Lienden to Wijk bij Duurstede 40 km)
    This route takes you from Wijk bij Duurstede to Lienden and Amerongen. You cycle on the floodplains of the Lower Rhine, which mainly consist of grasslands where many birds occur. You will also find beautiful old mills here where you can visit.

  • Blossom tour in the Betuwe (various routes)
    Most blossoms bloom in April and May.
